I don't really care about the popularity of the #socialMedia platforms I use; there's more content on #Mastodon than I can read.
But yesterday I read that #Twitter has 300 million active users. There's only 2 million on Mastodon, which is the same as #TruthSocial.
The #Fediverse should have more people than #Trump's #socialNetwork
@schizanon I wonder how many people actively use Truth Social.
I hardly even hear of it, except on a few rare occasions involving you know who.
@olives I use it every day. Mocking Trump supporters is a primary source of Dopamine for me. It seems more active than Mastodon.
@schizanon Since content seems to be federated lazily, visibility of content can be very weird on here.

But, yeah, I know about that one. Kind of ruins it, considering the whole point of Mastodon is to federate.
@olives it's actually just a fork of Mastodon. It even has the same bugs, like the hashtag suggestion popup that won't go away.
