I don't particularly like this site, however, a company such as this setting troublesome precedents is just Free Speech 101.

That said, the EFF hasn't been particularly proactive about defending sexual expression on the Web. This is kind of an annoying American cultural thing where sex is somehow more taboo than whatever it is that this site does.

And you know as well as anyone else that they've been criticizing these bills and carrying petitions.

In this situation, there aren't any particularly "good" answers. Set a dangerous precedent to take down one particular unpleasant site?
