But I do understand and also criticise the whole ordeal of #NetzDG being completely pointless if regulators actually got their asses up, because it basically privatizes policing [beyond enforcing ToS!], which in it's own is inherently bad.
@kkarhan@palha Remember that almost everything goes through the PR machine. It's not them "complying with a regulation". It's them being "responsible" "unlike competing companies" who haven't checked this box or that box.
