In 2022, the NSPCC had a spokesman called Andy who behaved a lot like an Internet troll. Essentially all he did was try to stir the pot and behave provocatively.

He had extreme and weirdly opinionated views about tech which he aggressively pushed. He had a tendency of attacking people for fairly common tech worker positions like not wanting to criminalize end-to-end encryption.

Perhaps, because he became too much, the NSPCC ended up getting rid of him. Or perhaps, he left for some other reasons. In any case, he no longer works there.
