There's so much wrong with it that cherry-picking this clause or that clause will still leave a very bad bill.

Yes, the treaty should take steps to protect free expression (broadly construed), privacy, and due process.

It'd also be helpful for it to not be used to enforce unjust laws, or for excessive measures to be used to police minor crimes.

Reading a piece on someone surviving conversation therapy makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Even worse for someone to be subjected to it.

I don't really get cannabis prohibitions.

People support alcohol, and I suppose that someone should be responsible about their alcohol use, however, we don't see anyone racing to go back to Prohibition (which was a disaster).

It also has it's own positive attributes.
