*phenomena
I'm going with phenomena here but Mark Zuckerberg syndrome is named that because it involves a dislike for a person.

Mark Zuckerberg Syndrome.
I'm sure someone has a better term for this than me. It's where someone has some pet peeve or some particular detail of how Mark Zuckerberg operates which bugs them. But, there isn't much that can practically be done about it. So, they start brainstorming nonsensical language and ideas to "deal with him", all while ignoring the implications that it might have for the rest of the world (and that even with Mark Zuckerberg's services, it would likely be akin to cutting off one's nose to spite one's face*).

I suspect that someone used weird vague obtuse language (perhaps, involving something like Mark Zuckerberg syndrome but with some phenomena someone doesn't like*) and a couple of intermediaries had no idea what that meant**.

While I understand there was a podcast which covered it, I prefer to use an article here, especially since there might be a language barrier.
"Former Parliamentary Secretary for Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Parliamentary Secretary for Reconstruction Minister / Parliamentary Secretary for Digital Minister."
"He has served as a specially-appointed professor at Tokyo University, Waseda University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and other universities."
"Specializes in freedom of expression, secrecy of communication, digital policy, children's policy, etc."
If you think about it, when it comes to coincidences, you can find "patterns" anywhere you look, however, these "patterns" might not be meaningful.
It's interesting how it comes when we criticize Facebook's anti-competitive practices. Lol.

I prefer using news articles but I'll make an exception once. A lawmaker voices his concerns about financial censorship.

"this was predictable"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindsight_bias Well... A lot of things feel predictable in hindsight.
I don't need to make this post per se but I figured I'd see if making a post turned up anything interesting.
I used the term Brony in that post, not because I have any like or dislike for the term, but because that is the name of the documentary.
