I certainly couldn't miss the "Brazil rejects Sputnik V" shitstorm, but then did an usual reality check that made me wonder: why is vaccination rate in Russia still below 10%?

Did anyone here, or your relatives, actually get invitation for vaccination, or how does that work in real life?

Everyone gets these invitations here in Moscow, there's propaganda on every corner, inside every public transport. They are opening vaccination points in supermarkets, shopping centers. In some cities they are gifting food or money for injecting yourself.
Most people don't trust this vaccine. They would like to wait and see if there are any long-term adverse effects.
