@peterdrake You might try www.themisgames.com/wordvoyance. Wordvoyance has zooming, too, so if she needed to enlarge things, she could do that. It has versions for Android and iOS, so no matter which devices you had, you could play each other. It does have a subscription option, but if you're just gonna play your mom, you don't need that.
