@merrysask I visited Saskatoon to do a software acceptance a few years back (Nov '16 IIRC). A tidy little city and some good 16oz steaks:-) We visited Dún Laoghaire (Ireland) for a similar reason a week later and had to order 16oz steaks there to compare. Both were excellent! 🙂
@peterwhisker it is a lovely little city! We have been in Dublin once during the “troubles” back in early ‘80’s when the police were walking 3 abreast. Beautiful place. Hope to travel there again as my husband’s roots are in Northern Ireland.
@merrysask it always amazed me that when they got bored of whatever game was playing in Saskatoon the locals would go to Regina. Just down the road! (a mere 260km that is)
