Trump wants to undermine the US's vaccination programs. As a professional epidemiologist, I can tell you what will happen if we do that. It doesn't take a lot of imagination. The curve at right is child mortality in the US over the past 200+ years. Much of the decline you see is due to vaccination.
Thought experiment: let's say they get their way. What will they go after next? My guess: sanitation. Shit-free drinking water will be next on the chopping block.
