Hammersmith and Fulham Council are making cuts and yet they're allocating another £3.2 million to facial recognition, even recommending the use of drones as an "enforcement aid".

They plan on installing these flawed and biased technologies in the most diverse parts of the borough including outside Shepherd’s Bush Market on Uxbridge Road, Wood Lane outside Westfield and on King Street.
