Here’s how I 10x my sleep:
- Nootropic mix of Valerian Root, Tart Cherry, Magnesium, and supercritical-extracted Coriander, taken with chamomile tea and overnight vitamins and 1liter of water
- Latch-lock all external doors with a secondary reinforcement
- Go upstairs and set alarm system to Away to activate interior motion sensors in addition to all windows and doors
- Set AC to 68
- In upstairs sleep room, check all blackout curtains and replace pillowcase
- Lock interior door and set latch-lock reinforcement (with 3” stud anchor screws in latch and hinges)
- Put in foam earplugs
- Activate Amazon Alexa routine to turn on bedroom lights and play repeated sounds if any of my inward-facing exterior cameras gets a motion alarm
- Set HEPA filter and ceiling fan to high
- Start CPAP machine I got on Craigslist so I can breathe completely under covers
- Get under oversized weighted blanket
- Get 3hours of sleep because it’s 4AM and wake up a few hours later and feel like shit all day
