不是有个light therapy的疗法说刚睡醒时强光照射能改善SAD (seasonal affective disorder)吗,前一阵子去借了一个人工强光灯,和偶尔出现的晨间阳光交替使用,每天早上闹钟响了就摸摸索索拉开窗帘或者摸开灯的开关接受照射。精神么确实精神一些,就是和光照、节律、垂体杏仁核的工作原理完全无关地——会想到刑讯逼供,感觉下一步会被毒打或者吃上猪排饭
