看到旁友们说番茄罐头,想到做西红柿炒鸡蛋的一个技巧:用罐头啊!如图Pelati这种番茄罐头,品牌不限,打开都是去皮优质的瘦长型番茄,不用切直接下锅用铲子碾开就行惹!
还有一个迷思是西红柿鸡蛋要加醋加番茄沙司,其实番茄品质好够味的话都不用哈​:1020:
