Should Free Speech platforms be allowing revenge porn? How about terroristic planning? Maybe other illegal items?
Free speech, like so many things, is a nice idea, but without rules and limitations you literally are in an anarchistic situation where anything goes.
The truth is we as humans have decided the pseudo anonymity afforded by many platforms allow for us to spread hate and conspiracy theories, especially as both have been proven over time to be fantastic ways of manipulating people into doing what we want.
It stinks, but the larger the audience, the more this happens. It is not new, in fact electronically goes back to the days of BBSes.
This i why I identify as a meat popsicle and not human.
