People on the mastodon: privacy is very important and you should not disclose anything about your personal life or that could disclose who you are; many go as far as not saying which country they're from and stuff like that, most of the people (me included) don't have a picture of themselves.

Also people on the mastodon: disclose pronouns and accurate details about their sexuality, specially if it's some particular one like skoliosexual. *Blocks you if you don't have pronouns in your profile* *blocks you if you don't disclose precise details about your sexuality*

Not saying everyone is like this, but there's some people.
This is a problem we should acknowledge.
Everyone should be free to disclose whatever information they want about themselves, but I don't see why writing down your pronouns should be seen as the norm or be advised.
