I used wallabag throughout the years. Today I installed pocket to give it a try, I figured Mozilla got it so they must have made it pretty nice; after all Firefox and thunderbird are my go tos.
Well, articles are there. You need an account, but alright fair enough. If you try to get the original link out of it it is almost impossible as it gives a link to a pocket redirect. Text to speech blocks at any bold or italics text...
I don't know, I'll stick with wallabag for now.
Sure you need a server and so on, but I've been thinking about it: you can get yourself a VPS for free or anyway around 50€/year and you're replacing a bunch of services you need to pay for with perfectly valid alternatives.
