I'm learning web programming and server.
Can you guys recommend me anything like good a books to read for dummies, programming language to choose (except javascript ofc. I just want my web nice & friendlier to those non-javascript user) and free hosting ?

it's all about persistence.🙂 i didn't finish this book yet. but i think it's a good one.
