1/ I was watching Jordan Peterson and he mentioned thinking that ADD & ADHD was over-diagnosed and did not recommend medication for it, I remembered that my parent had a similar stance and looked up what he's had to say about the matter, and it was quite interesting (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9VGGMBC73c).
3/ Mom would tell me that once she started homeschooling me (after taking me out of private school) she could NOT get me to sit still. At all. Period. But again I grew out of it. I've been beginning to think about why, and I think I've found the answer.
5/ Now that I'm no longer homeschooled and can finally meet people (thank goodness) I've met some people with ADD/ADHD and we really click because I still kinda understand that mindset.
6/ Now I will say this; I've never met a person with ADD/ADHD who was homeschooled.

4/ Early in my homeschooling, the schoolwork would take very little of my day. I'd rarely be working on schoolwork after lunch. I'd spend nearly my entire day either playing video games or playing outside, allowing for that necessary physical exercise and exertion that I evidently was missing in school.
I'm ENFP. I match the profile Peterson set of being "High in extrovertedness, high in unconsciousness, high in creativity" and am still scatterbrained at times.
