@stirringthepot It's like democrats are trying to make themselves look foolish at this point smh

Seems to be a bipartisan effort at times, a sort of competition.@realcaseyrollins

@stirringthepot True that.

The are winning rn, but that comes natural to them.

I suppose we shall see if the picks up the pace, esp. in 2024 if runs as a Republican.

@stirringthepot Honestly is the only candidate who can beat the in 2024, esp. if the economy declines in 's second term.

@realcaseyrollins I’m inclined to think post Trump the nation will have had it’s fill of “celebrities” but you never know.

@stirringthepot You're not wrong, I just think Kanye is the only one who can out-Trump , cuz let's face it, is to as is to ordinary politicians.

It takes a certain level to achieve that, and I think got it.

That said if loses, your analysis will likely be proven correct.

@realcaseyrollins I don’t have any greater insight than others just fed up with the process and the myopia of partisanship Uber Alles that increasingly embrace mediocracy.

@stirringthepot EXACTLY! Which is why in this respect I think you represent the typical modern American voter since like 2008, wanting a change from the status quo, thus we got a black president and a celebrity president, both in the hopes that thing will be different, and both being at least somewhat disappointing.

@realcaseyrollins some would point to this trend as the decline of empire - Obama was something of an unknown on the nation level and ran a brilliant campaign - Trump was a known commodity which denotes a certain validity for me to the decline of empire - but as you say both predicated on a desire to break from the status quo - the lesson being change in and of itself isn’t enough.
Demographics are changing, younger voters coming in who are also dissatisfied, hopefully the change they seek will be predicated upon reason and common sense.

@stirringthepot There's a lot to this. In that sense than perhaps even doesn't have a shot, he's a known commodity.

But then by this logic the Dems shouldn't trot out , but rather some fresh, new blood, right?
I honestly think someone like or * could * beat , as they have a lot of momentum in the online community, at least from what I've heard.

@realcaseyrollins I could live with Yang or Gabbard but as we see the party has already marginalized Gabbard

@stirringthepot That's really a shame. People call her "progressive" but I find her quite reasonable, from what I've heard from her in debates I don't take much issue with most of her positions, save tighter gun laws. And she is against third trimester abortions, which is honestly pretty ballsy and badass of a do be. She would probably make a great president and serve as a unifying leading.

It does annoy me to see her sexualized though...like yeah she's hot, but that's a dumb reason to vote for someone for PRESIDENT, y'know?
