More instances should separate moderation and administration
Once your instance gets to a certain size it's just too much work for one person
And furthermore, two mods is three times as good as one mod
@Aleums IMO i also think that if instances get to a point where they need more than 2 or 3 mods to keep an eye on people, it shouldnt take in new users. kinda irresponsible

@FirstProgenitor @Aleums Hmm...this is a good point if you're not going to get more mods. But if you're willing to add more mods, that seems like it would spread out the responsibility evenly. Esp. if you have so many users that they all are in different time zones, having multiple mods might prove helpful, making sure the timeline is monitored at nearly all times
