Reminder: Racism takes many forms and some are more obvious than others for both the person expressing Racism and the person observing it.
Not every Racist is out there saying "Eff all of them!" some just think a Guiding Hand needs to direct "them" towards something.

@oddfox This is valid. At the same time, many who are trying to point a demographic towards something, or give a generation direction, goals, and hope, without race in mind.
(Inversely, many people who don't have race in mind may have racist followers because of the nature of their messaging.)
