@realcaseyrollins I will take a guess as to what you are referring...and that is NOT true. Now, what is true is that they may have a family member who is a citizen or qualifies for aide due to age or illness.....but not the ENTIRE FAMILY!!! Get some facts Casey.....before you spout off. 👍
