I've phoned UPS to schedule a collection and, as per usual, their phone system makes me want to hurt people... specifically whoever's responsible for it. That may not be reasonable, but there you are.
@realmattseymour Wow, I had the same experience the other week. I wanted them to collect a parcel. The terrible automated system made me want to kick a baby otter. I ended up taking my parcel to a drop off point.
