New Rules at VA Effect Treatment and Hiring of Patients and Staff Based Upon Political and Marital Affiliations
The article at The Guardian on the erosion of rights for patients and healthcare employees is getting lots of denial from the Trump administration and the VA, resulting in lots of press throwing it all into question such as from The Hill. Someone starts out asking if The Guardian article is true. A bunch of people weigh-in with opinions that those denying it tend to be liars. Someone says The Guardian obtained a copy of the new guidelines. Worth a read at link above.
Then someone posts a link to the new guidelines:

Then someone asks what page the new guidelines are on (page 9) and in response another person posts a graphic at the following URL and ATTACHED to this message showing the OLD version and the NEW version for comparison:
The changes as reported by The Guardian appear to be *TRUE* as I see the language in question on page 9 of the new "BYLAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS of the MEDICAL STAFF of the VETERANS AFFAIRS PALO ALTO HEALTHCARE SYSTEM" at the 2nd link above.
Subject to any further information -- this appears to be true reporting as far as I can tell.
