What? My bank is going to CHARGE us interest to save money in my savings account? Do they lack THAT much confidence in the stock market and other brokerage?

I understand paying a fee for them to hold on to my funds. A small, nominal fee, usually covered by the return on my investments.

But interest as a percentage of my savings funds?

If there ever was a reason to switch banks, it's this, here, and now!
