@robryk Not only will the Senate not even consider them, but in a fantasy world where the Senate also passed them, Biden would veto them and the Senate would never be able to override. So it's like someone who announces they're digging a tunnel to China from their backyard with a hand shovel. Exactly the same chance of success.
