Sometimes younger people are very afraid of making the mistake when working. Sometimes the more experienced people are sharing stories of their fuckups, to cheer the youngsters and encourage them. So, let me start with:
Friday was not my day.

There is a process to follow. The process requires to perform steps A, B and C, in that order.

I was performing the process for the test purposes of the small part of the new UAT environment. C does not work. C gives an error message with link to the local knowledge base. The article in the knowledge base makes me escalating the problem to the people maintaining the environment. They will check few things, then ask other people to do some job - the whole chain of people involved.

Fortunately, the colleague from the maintaining team asked me a few questions which made me thinking.

"Give me 10 minutes, I need to check something".

Ladies&Gentlemen, my name is Agnieszka, I have 27 years of job experience and I forgot to run B.

@agturcz Shouldn't the playbook the the problem start by mentioning that possibility?
