New initiative:

Instead of saying places aren't accessible I'm going to start just saying I'm not allowed to go there because I'm disabled.

It's the same thing.

Her: do you want to go to the haunted house?

Me: I'm not allowed to go because I'm disabled.

@Quenby As a disabled person, I disagree with this. In my country, there are places which genuinely do not allow disabled people in, and this framing makes it difficult for people to distinguish between the two.
