Looking for advice on headphones for online meetings, which I do a lot of these days.
My ears are gone. I use over-the-counter hearing aids from Lexie, which are the best I have ever used for real-life conversations (and I've used a lot of them, including medical ones at first, but the OTC ones soon got better than the medical ones. But Lexie will not connect to online meetings (eg Zoom) so I am casting about for something better.

Prefer a computer-connected headset with tailor-able sound.

@bhaugen do your hearing aids support induction loop sound reception? If so, you can have the audio transmitted into a coil that you wear like a necklace. There are ready-made devices that do that, but making it yourself would only involve making a necklace coil of correct impedance.

I don't have any practical experience with these setups though, so might not know about some unobvious annoyances.
