@FLGLchicago @hackbyte Agreed, though keep in mind that the Gods of Mastodon didn't seem very interested in letting "the wrong kind of people" in at all. Quite painful to watch the arguments about keeping hoops in the onboarding process to try filter out nontechies. Awful. In any case, sticking to using one poor term rather than multiple poor terms seems the best approach at this point, because a new good term isn't coming around.
