@Bigshellevent we are in a small town that decided to fight declining tourism by creating a series of art installations in fields outside town. The entire town seems to be feral artists and there is just art everywhere. This place rules

I wonder how common that is in Japan. I'm pretty sure I was once in a different town that did that (different, because I wouldn't describe the art as being in the fields).
