uspol / elon musk

A week ago I said to my friends “I feel like I haven’t heard about Elon Musk in suspiciously long, is he cooked or cooking”

I see I was right to be suspicious

@0xabad1dea I still honestly belive this *could* be something good for US democracy. Either that or they turn into a complete monarchy

@DJGummikuh here’s a question for all of us: what is his plan for dealing with the “natural born citizen” clause

@0xabad1dea I quite honestly don't care. Were he ever come to power, the US (and probably the world) is finished from an order-based perspective and would quite likely slide back into tribalism. However his party of super-rich will potentially consolidate the super-rich in one party, reducing the influence of money on policy in both democrats and republicans. THAT might offer a chance for both parties to find back to their constitutents for influence, rather than financiers.

Why should super rich be content with influencing one party instead of three?
