First ER experience here yesterday. It was not severe but still a rather helpless moment. Just want to record my thoughts from that.
It felt like desperately forever of each wait time;
I felt myself ignorant having the complaint of my unluckiness right after a new year started after I arrived at the ER waiting room;
The medical staff have their very distinct styles yet with something in common: competency and compassion. Appreciated all they had done to fix my problem;
