@mike @levisan if you could drastically reduce gov services it might not have the same effect… but reminds me of basic conditions that led to feudal systems historically, except corps would prob be the main landowners instead of local lords

@sabbatical @levisan we ultimately pay for all taxation anyway — with higher prices on goods, etc.

It would be better for that taxation to happen with one mechanism so more people know what’s actually happening rather than so much of it being obfuscated. That would likely change voting patterns drastically so that we can actually fix spending and lower those taxes.

I’m unconvinced that it would meaningfully change the centralization of money — that will happen regardless of the system.
