I cannot begin to comprehend why most people are so resistant to installing #signal.
Most of my contacts won't even try it. A few humor me. 6-8 use it regularly, 2 recommend it to others.
I try not to be obnoxious about it, but it's great and people won't even bother with it.

I have 100+ ppl on Signal, but 2-3 close friends either didn't or uninstalled after a while. Two related reasons:
1) didn't install because people ask to install 10 different messengers so they're sticking to SMS and WhatsApp.
2) uninstalled to cut down on messenger apps.
