@shuttersparks Good for these (mostly) #union workers! This is, in fact, wage theft and hopefully will get the states interested in e.g., the person who didn’t get a #payday for five WEEKS and had to quit. (Constructive dismissal, clear as day, and also illegal in several states to not provide last check within x days of end of employment)

Only one correct way to handle pay err: fix same day, front $ to affected employees, prevent going forward. Anything lesss not acceptable.
