I may be biased, due to my not having taken what little opportunity I might once have had to do it, but I think the "live fast, die young, leave a good looking corpse" plan is just plain stupid. If you don't leave an ancient, shriveled, dessicated husk, you did it wrong.

@brouhaha Yes, when I was young I had friends with the live fast die young mentality. I never understood this. I subscribe to Hunter Thompson's vision, “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
