@HopelessDemigod I don't know enough chemistry to suggest a solution. I suspect there isn't a good one or it would have been created by now.

@HopelessDemigod I should mention that PVDF (polyvinylidine flouride) exists and is used. You may have used it yourself as Kapton tape (to protect PC board fingers during wave soldering) and Kynar insulation on wire-wrap wire.
I've used it for those purposes and one more striking characteristic -- it's piezoelectric(!) I've used it to make ultrasonic transducers.
