@shuttersparks @knittingknots2 yeah everyone knows this is business as usual. the audit are professional bureaucrats doing their job. but nobody in Congress or doj or the courts will do a damn thing about it.
I mean the Pentagon in general, has failed every audit it's ever had. the most recent one showed that they couldn't account for 40% of their spending. what consequence? we added another 100b /year to their funding.
