I'm not going to lie, Trump's reelection feels like dying the death of a thousand cuts, it's endlessly, infinitely depressing. Kamala would have been fun, competent, and exciting, but instead I'll have to look at Trump's cunting face, and try to make sense of the evil vomit which spews out of the anus he calls a mouth, for four long fucking years of pain.

@Tharpa Agreed. I feel exactly the same way.

Your comment gives an opportunity to remind *everyone* about the composition of the United States that I've observed for 60 years. Millions, 30, 40 percent, felt the exact same way about Obama during his time as President. Every morning they got up, looked themselves in the mirror, and said "I can't believe there's a goddam n**** in the Whitehouse. It's called the WHITE house. This country is going to hell."

These are your countrymen. The racism and bigotry in this country is pervasive and intense. These voted for Trump and this is what we're up against, and it can't be fixed quickly. It takes generations to fix this, assuming people want to change it. And they don't.
