I had already closed down the computer for the night when I heard about Hezbollah firing off rockets & drones at Israel, via a crawler on i24News, which wasn't remarkable were it not for the topic of discussion: that Turkey was going to get involved to attack the SDF, which will inevitably involve Russia as ally of both Syria and Iran. Turkey already has troops in Syria because of its fixation on the Kurds there.

And if that weren't enough complication, Iran is now on China's radar because of a long-standing dispute that the UAE has had with Iran over the sovereignty over 2 measly islands, a dispute where China's taking UAE's side of the dispute.

The tossed salad & scrambled eggs are about to get into a blender, folks.
