Seriously, that list of permissions required and data collected for Meta's Threads makes the app literally the easiest NO INSTALL decision of any Android or iOS app I've ever seen.

After the Russian explosion of the Kakhovsk HPP and the destruction of the Kakhov Reservoir, the level of drinking water in the wells of the village of Malokakhovka fell by 5 meters, and in Kakhovka it falls by an average of 15 centimeters every day. The occupiers warn that in 30-40 days the city's water supply may be completely cut off and say they do not have the resources to solve the problem."
