i think this is relevant to the goal thing. like, a lot of things i'm like. "why do i even want to do that?" and the best answer i can come up with is that it'd make me feel better or something. like more confident or healthier or more secure or something. but how do you quantify any of those? "how are you feeling?" "5/10" "how are you feeling now?" "still 5/10, but now since i've accomplished that goal, i've actually realised that when i told you i was feeling 5/10, i was only feeling 2/10"
