right now you'd need to blockade mastercard, visa, all the banks, all the financial intermediaries...etc

it's still doable, but the only people who get burned by *all* of them are groups like russian oligarchs, wikileaks, alqaeda and weev. you've got some conservatives/unpeople who wind up being losing one after another, but it takes work to target them currently
