🌠 stellaris fedi games 🌠
So it’s Thursday. I know it’s still kinda short-notice, but I’d love to try to get the zeroth game going tonight at the planned time (1700 PST/0000 GMT) not necessarily because it’s a game we’ll be able to finish quickly but rather to get everyone together and have the experience of getting a game together and just get talking about the game. Who knows, everything might go perfect and we will have an awesome start to a game! But even if we don’t, it’ll let us know what we need to be sure to plan for next time.
It’ll be fun!
Be sure you have a copy of Stellaris either on Steam or from GOG.com. I will give out the mumble info probably a half-hour before, and we’ll talk through making and joining the game, as well as the game rules for the game we’re creating. Once everyone has a species and feels comfortable with starting, we’ll start, but I won’t be able to do more than 3 hours tonight as it’s still a work-night technically – but tomorrow night we can go four hours if people are up for it and the game is still going!
It really makes me happy that y’all are interested in doing something like this; I think it’ll be great.

@0 @aven @icedquinn @mavis @mutebird oh ps. you won’t need any of the DLC; so long as someone with all of the DLC is hosting, then everyone playing in the multiplayer game can benefit from it.
