I dont know the details, but if twitter disclosed that 5% are bots, Musk can make that statement logically, then come to find that 85% of twitter accounts are actually bots, then find himself backing out of the deal because he doesn't want to buy a steaming pile of garbage

But I think he's too smart for that and planned this for fun

I think that he knew going into it that the bot count was being suppressed and he had to have thought that exposing that would give him leverage. I think he's fishing for a discounted deal. I put my money on a legal battle which exposes that twitter was not accurate during due diligence and a resolution putting the deal back on the table at a steep discount for Musky boy

I've said it before, I don't think bot count is going to save musky boy unless he can show fraud, *especially* because he was offered access to the firehose and refused to utilize it.

He signed a contract with a strong specific performance clause. The court is going to order him to perform.
