Starting to look like the wild birds are gonna have a taste of every single plum on the tree before they are even ripe. Hundreds of plums being ruined
Yeah I tried bird netting once on some bushes but
I the stuff I had ended up being a giant mess an pain in the ass to cleanup. This tree has also grown pretty large in the 6 years since I planted it. I guess a net could be placed over some of the lower bushes at least. It's funny because I have a bird feeder set up but I think we just see more birds rather than just placating the ones frequenting the yard already

@thatguyoverthere as an aside, creatine seems to be working well

hard to separate it's effects from other lifestyle changes but my workouts have definitely increased in intensity and I'm seeing gains across the board

Good to hear. It is one of the few supplements that actually has good scientific backing. It would be [near] impossible to consume those levels of creatine from food alone. Also everything fitness related is in a feedback loop so it can be hard to isolate effects.

@thatguyoverthere @skells "We can safely say that what primitive man ate instinctively comprised of a complete diet. On the other hand, instead of leading us toward a complete diet, modern science has resulted in the discovery of a more sophisticated yet imperfect diet. Man's quest for a complete diet has led him in the opposite direction." -Masanobu Fukuoka, The Natural Way Of Farming, Natural Farming and Natural Diet

I agree with the sentiment, but I also think supplementation of certain elements which can be hard to obtain in the levels necessary to see specific benefits from them is a way to take advantage of the knowledge we have gained as humans through the years. I think if you supplement creatine you should still eat as close to a natural diet as you can.
