Ukrainian officials and Eurocrat types seem to have recently embraced a propaganda strategy of spitting at Russian tourists. Not soldiers or some such, mind you: *tourists*! Like, what have they done to anybody!?

@skells If turning Ukraine into Afghanistan 2.0 is the most expedient way to weaken Russia NATO will gladly do it, Ukrainian public and even regime be damned; one would hope the powers that be in Ukraine wouldn't be stupid and/or malicious enough to go along with such a strategy, but that seems to be in fact what is happening! 🤦♀️
@skells The only viable path forward for the region is East Slavic brotherhood coupled with a European orientation. Needless to say neither Putin nor the Ukrainian nationalists are fit for that purpose. New leadership is needed across the board.
