@vriska i try to avoid morning digestion altogether but tht's me
@skells my doctor realy wants me to get in a certain amount of calories a day and i dont ever hit that number anymore unless i have breakfast and drink sugary drinks, but i dont particularly care for eating the morning unless its an occasion
@vriska i got into having smoothies recently; blueberries, banana, nuts, high fat yoghurt and milk blended together
takes 5 mins to make and drink and hits all the calorie/protein/antioxidant buttons
@skells i honestly think ill have it for lunch im worried about what it might do to my morning digestion
